I ran into a few hiccups, mostly user error, during setup and emailed support and was promptly helped within 24 hours. Simon answered my questions and sent video demonstrations to guide me. It’s expensive but well worth the price for both the service and saving time. I didn’t have to spend hours setting up hunting around for emulators, roms and files. I was able to enjoy my Thor shortly after receiving it.
